About me

I am a psychotherapist, supervisor and facilitator with over 30 years of experience in addiction and developmental trauma. My work is grounded, relational and deeply human, shaped by decades of clinical practice and a continued curiosity about what truly supports change and healing.

I work with individuals and couples, both online and in person, offering a space where people can explore themselves at depth and at their own pace. My approach is integrative, informed in particular by the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®), and rooted in an understanding of developmental trauma and relational patterns.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Developmental & Relational Trauma including C-PTSD
  • Relationship Dynamics (Individual & Couples)
  • Psychedelic preparation and integration
  • Inner Critic, Boundaries, and Shame

Over the years, I have been particularly engaged in supporting clients living with complex trauma (C-PTSD). This continues to guide my interest in approaches that support deeper integration and lasting change.

In this context, I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support, grounded in a relational and trauma-informed approach. I have completed training in MDMA-assisted therapy with MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies), a leading organisation in the development of psychedelic-assisted therapies.

This work supports clients in making sense of non-ordinary experiences—whether meaningful, challenging or disorienting—and integrating them into sustainable change in everyday life.

I work fluently in both French and English and support an international client base.

I hold a Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling from London South Bank University and am a registered member of the BACP. Registered Number 16397.

People are not methods. Healing is not a checklist. And presence is not performance.

At the heart of my work is a simple orientation: to meet you where you are, with honesty, warmth, and a quality of presence that allows something real to unfold.
